Santeda International BV casinos are not licensed by the UKGC, and that one fact shapes everything below. All seven sites use the same payment agent in Cyprus, and six have been traced to a single backend.
The network is big. Investigate Europe and the Guardian, citing Similarweb, put its UK audience at 2.3 million visitors a month in late 2025 and early 2026. It resembles Curaçao groups such as Ryker B.V. and Famagousta B.V., but with a far heavier regulatory record. This Santeda International BV casino review uses the network to show what a Curaçao licence does, and does not, protect.
Corporate History, Ownership and Enforcement Record
Santeda was incorporated in Curaçao on 24 September 2019 (reg. 151296). Corporate records seen by Investigate Europe show it was first called Onyxion, the same name as a Maltese company owned by Upgaming CEO Tornike Tvauri. That company was fined €5m in Spain in 2023; Upgaming says the shared name does not mean common control.
MyStake launched first, in 2019 or 2020, followed by Rolletto in 2020 and then Velobet, Goldenbet, Cosmobet, Donbet and Zizobet. Payments ran through Santeda International Limited in Cyprus (HE406761). The Santeda International BV licence moved to a direct Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1798/1048, after the 2024 reform. The regulator's register now shows it as "assessment in progress", with an end date of 24 December 2025.
In early 2026, the footers on MyStake, Velobet, Donbet and Goldenbet switched to GTW B.V. (reg. 165433, licence OGL/2024/250/0115). On the record, this was a licence transfer, not an ownership change.
All enforcement so far has come from outside the UK. Australia's ACMA issued formal warnings over Goldenbet (2024) and Zizobet (June 2026) and blocked mystake.com. Sweden and Greece have blacklisted Santeda, and France, Italy and Poland have blacklisted Velobet.
There is no UKGC fine because there is no UKGC licence. Investigate Europe tied Upgaming to at least eight casino sites, most run by Santeda, and Lumen records UKGC takedown requests for five of them.
Anyone looking for Santeda International BV new casinos 2026 will find none on record. Instead, Upgaming cut ties on 27 March 2026, the Guardian investigation ran on 1 April, and both Santeda and GTW B.V. were reported dissolved in late April. The real owners are now harder to trace than ever.

This is the full Santeda International BV casino list, built from regulator files, investigations and site footers. A place on the list confirms a link to the network, not normal trading: only MyStake has been confirmed live in recent reviews. No site matches a UK Companies House entity, so the last column shows the company named in each footer. Bonus figures come from listings dated February to September 2026.
Licence status verified against the Curaçao Gaming Authority public list at the date shown. Bonus terms change frequently — always verify the current offer directly on the casino's website before depositing.
MyStake — Flagship Casino in the Santeda International BV Network

MyStake is the biggest of the casinos owned by Santeda International BV. GAMRS estimated its yearly turnover at about £1.2 billion, with UK players making up nearly 65% of its traffic. It pairs a casino and sportsbook with in-house mini-games such as Chicken and Dino.
Its footer now names GTW B.V. under licence OGL/2024/250/0115. With both companies reported dissolved, it is unclear who a player would pursue in a dispute. MyStake has no UKGC licence and is not part of GamStop.
The library tops 6,000 games. Deposits of €20 or more get 150% up to €300; deposits of €200 or more can take 100% up to €1,000. Both carry 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a 30-day limit and a €5 maximum bet.
The Santeda International BV withdrawal limits are €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. MyStake states one to three business days for payouts, but players report extra ID checks on wins above about $5,000. Investigators also exposed fake claims about a Leeds United deal and a Ronaldinho ambassadorship. For the wider picture, see our analysis of MyStake sister sites.
MyStake — Verified Network Profile
| Metric | The MyStake Profile |
|---|---|
| Operator Entity | GTW B.V. (reg. 165433) in footer; formerly Santeda International B.V. (151296) |
| Licence Status | Curaçao OGL/2024/250/0115, assessment in progress |
| Network Position | Flagship |
| Site Identity | Dark crypto-styled hybrid casino and sportsbook |
| Game Edge | 6,000+ titles plus in-house mini-games |
| Payout Pattern | Stated 1–3 business days; KYC holds reported on larger wins |
| Best Bonus Feature | Choice of 150% or 100% first-deposit match |
| The Trade-Off | €15,000 monthly withdrawal cap and an unclear licence holder |
| Best For | No GB-resident player; it is unlicensed in Great Britain |
Velobet — Best Santeda International BV Casino for Sportsbook Depth

Velobet is the network's sports-first site, with a cleaner interface than MyStake. Investigate Europe found several Velobet domains were registered by Upgaming or its CEO; Upgaming denies owning casino domains.
Its footer moved to GTW B.V. in early 2026. Velobet is the most blacklisted of the Santeda International BV sites, listed by regulators in France, Italy and Poland. Its marketing still targeted those countries, according to the investigation.
February 2026 listings show 150% up to €500 plus 300 free spins for casino players, 150% up to €1,000 for sports, and 160% up to €1,000 for crypto. Full wagering terms were not published, so treat these figures as incomplete. There are no verified payout times. Velobet suits sports bettors, but its three EU blacklistings make it the clearest example of the network's regulatory problems.
Velobet — Verified Network Profile
| Metric | The Velobet Profile |
|---|---|
| Operator Entity | GTW B.V. in footer; Santeda network |
| Licence Status | Curaçao, assessment in progress; blacklisted in France, Italy, Poland |
| Network Position | Secondary site |
| Site Identity | Clean, sportsbook-led hybrid |
| Game Edge | Library size unverified; providers disrupted June 2026 |
| Payout Pattern | No stated or verified timings |
| Best Bonus Feature | 300 free spins attached to first deposit |
| The Trade-Off | Blacklisted by three EU regulators |
| Best For | No GB-resident player; it is unlicensed in Great Britain |
Goldenbet — ACMA-Warned Casino from Santeda International BV

Goldenbet was live by early 2024, when ACMA issued Santeda a formal warning for offering it to Australians without a licence. That is the earliest site-specific regulator finding against any of the Santeda International BV casinos. It also gives the clearest proof of the shared payment set-up. A German player's GDPR records, reviewed by FinTelegram, showed card deposits paid to Santeda International Limited in Cyprus.
Goldenbet is linked to the most serious documented harm case. A UK player told the Guardian she found it after joining GamStop, deposited about £29,000 and withdrew only £6,000 of £15,000 in winnings. Repeated ID checks delayed the rest, and she lost it.
Its February 2026 package was worth up to €1,500 over three deposits, starting at 100% up to €500. Full terms were not published, and there is no sign that self-exclusion here carries over to the other Santeda International BV sister sites.
Goldenbet — Verified Network Profile
| Metric | The Goldenbet Profile |
|---|---|
| Operator Entity | GTW B.V. in footer; Santeda named in ACMA warning |
| Licence Status | Curaçao, assessment in progress; ACMA formal warning |
| Network Position | Secondary site |
| Site Identity | Gold-on-black casino and sportsbook |
| Game Edge | Library size unverified |
| Payout Pattern | Reported repeated KYC delays on withdrawal |
| Best Bonus Feature | Three-part package up to €1,500 |
| The Trade-Off | Documented targeting of self-excluded UK players |
| Best For | No GB-resident player; it is unlicensed in Great Britain |
Rolletto — Crypto-Focused Santeda International BV Sister Site

Rolletto launched in 2020 and, with Cosmobet and Donbet, has the network's lightest regulatory record: no regulator warning names it. It still runs on the shared backend and went offline with its sister sites in June 2026. Its sapphire-blue lobby targets crypto users, and earlier listings showed 76 to 93 game providers. Older footers named Santeda; whether it has moved to GTW B.V. is unconfirmed.
Deposits of €20 to €200 get 150% up to €500, larger deposits 100% up to €1,000, and crypto deposits 170% up to €600. The structure matches MyStake's, which suggests the same 30x wagering, but that is not confirmed. Its operator also faced about 25 player claims in Curaçao, worth roughly €246,500 in allegedly withheld winnings, reported in July 2026.
Rolletto — Verified Network Profile
| Metric | The Rolletto Profile |
|---|---|
| Operator Entity | Santeda International B.V. (historic footer); current entity unconfirmed |
| Licence Status | Curaçao, assessment in progress |
| Network Position | Secondary site |
| Site Identity | Sapphire-blue, crypto-first casino |
| Game Edge | 76–93 providers in earlier listings |
| Payout Pattern | No stated or verified timings |
| Best Bonus Feature | Split 150% or 100% match by deposit size |
| The Trade-Off | Same operator faces withheld-winnings litigation |
| Best For | No GB-resident player; it is unlicensed in Great Britain |
Cosmobet — Esports-Focused Casino from Santeda International BV

Cosmobet has a space theme and leans towards esports and crypto users. Research for Flutter UK and Ireland listed it among sites serving UK customers without a licence. That came from a competitor, though, and no regulator warning names Cosmobet.
Before June 2026 it listed more than 5,500 games plus a sportsbook. Its 200% crypto offer, up to €1,000, is the biggest headline bonus across the Santeda International BV sister sites. Full wagering terms were not available.
GAMRS found Cosmobet on the same backend as MyStake, Velobet, Goldenbet, Donbet and Rolletto. That means nothing technical stops one self-exclusion covering all six sites, yet there is no evidence the operator offers one.
Cosmobet — Verified Network Profile
| Metric | The Cosmobet Profile |
|---|---|
| Operator Entity | Santeda International B.V. (historic footer); current entity unconfirmed |
| Licence Status | Curaçao, assessment in progress |
| Network Position | Secondary site |
| Site Identity | Space-themed, esports-leaning hybrid |
| Game Edge | 5,500+ titles listed before June 2026 |
| Payout Pattern | No stated or verified timings |
| Best Bonus Feature | 200% crypto match up to €1,000 |
| The Trade-Off | Named in UK unlicensed-operator research |
| Best For | No GB-resident player; it is unlicensed in Great Britain |
Donbet — Secondary Santeda International BV Casino Site

Donbet is the least documented of the Santeda International BV sites. No primary source confirms its launch year, game count or welcome offer. Its footer switched to GTW B.V. in February 2026, and GAMRS traced it to the shared backend. It went offline with the other five sites in June 2026 when game studios pulled their content, and likely returned with a smaller library.
Donbet works as a copy of the core product, using the same lobby and payment agent described in our profile of Velobet sister sites. There is no shared self-exclusion, no dispute service and no UK complaint route.
Donbet — Verified Network Profile

|---|---|
| Operator Entity | GTW B.V. in footer; Santeda network |
| Licence Status | Curaçao, assessment in progress |

| Site Identity | Template hybrid casino and sportsbook |
| Game Edge | Library reduced after June 2026 vendor exits |
| Payout Pattern | No stated or verified timings |
| Best Bonus Feature | Not verified at time of audit |
| The Trade-Off | Thinnest public record in the network |
| Best For | No GB-resident player; it is unlicensed in Great Britain |
Zizobet — Santeda International BV's Sports-and-Casino Sister Site

Zizobet is the network's most recent regulatory problem. ACMA opened an investigation on 23 April 2026 and issued Santeda a formal warning on 29 June 2026 for offering casino games and in-play betting to Australians. ACMA named Santeda, not GTW B.V., as the provider. That suggests Zizobet's legal details never moved to the new company, and shows regulators kept acting after Santeda was reported dissolved.
Its bonus, game count and providers could not be verified. It is also the only one of the Santeda International BV casinos left out of the GAMRS backend analysis. It shares the Cypriot payment agent, so MyStake-style withdrawal caps are plausible but unconfirmed.
Zizobet — Verified Network Profile
| Metric | The Zizobet Profile |

How Santeda International BV Sister Sites Compare
These seven sites differ more in branding than substance. Six share one backend and went offline together in June 2026; Zizobet appears in neither the GAMRS analysis nor the outage reports.
MyStake has the most games (6,000+), Velobet the deepest sportsbook and Cosmobet the biggest crypto bonus. Rolletto, Cosmobet and Donbet have no regulator finding by name. Goldenbet and Zizobet each carry an ACMA warning, and Velobet is blacklisted in three EU countries. No site publishes a shared loyalty programme, and all run in a mobile browser rather than an app.
The most generous offer with verified terms is MyStake's 100% match up to €1,000. A €1,000 deposit gives a €2,000 balance, and 30x wagering means betting €60,000 within 30 days. At the €5 maximum bet, that is at least 12,000 spins.
The bonus has no win cap, but the €15,000 monthly withdrawal limit still applies. Velobet and Cosmobet do not publish full terms, so they cannot be compared fairly, and no site offers a no-deposit bonus. No terms say whether a bonus at one site blocks bonuses at the others. By contrast, PlayOJO, a UKGC-licensed site, pays bonus winnings as cash with no wagering.
Payments, Providers and Platform Across Santeda International BV Sites
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Withdrawal Time (Stated / Real) | Available At |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | €10 | Not published | 1–3 business days / card payouts not confirmed | MyStake confirmed; others unverified |
| Skrill / Neteller | €10 | Not published | 1–3 business days / no verified data | MyStake confirmed; others unverified |
| MiFinity / Jeton | €10 | Not published | 1–3 business days / no verified data | MyStake confirmed; MiFinity routes to Santeda Cyprus |
| Bitcoin / Ethereum / USDT / Litecoin | €10 | Not published | 1–3 business days / player reports of 2+ days for BTC | MyStake confirmed; crypto bonuses listed at Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet |
| Bank transfer | Not published | Not published | 1–3 business days / no verified data | MyStake confirmed; others unverified |
Crypto is the most widely available payment method across the network. Reported payout times run from the same day to more than two days. The bigger issue is the Santeda International BV payout ceiling of €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month at MyStake. Players also report that ID checks start only at withdrawal, which is where most disputes begin.
| Site | Top 5 Providers | Approx. Game Count | Live Dealer Available |
|---|---|---|---|
| MyStake | Upgaming mini-games; others changed after June 2026 | 6,000+ | Listed before June 2026 |

| Goldenbet | Not verified post-June 2026 | Not verified | Not verified |
| Rolletto | 76–93 providers in earlier listings | Not verified | Listed before June 2026 |
| Cosmobet | Not verified post-June 2026 | 5,500+ | Listed before June 2026 |
| Donbet | Not verified post-June 2026 | Not verified | Not verified |

The network ran on Upgaming software, and six sites lost games at the same moment when studios withdrew in June 2026. Upgaming ended the partnership in March 2026, so the current platform is not publicly known.
Live casino was listed at the larger sites before June 2026, but which live studios remain is unverified. All sites run in a mobile browser with no app store listings. Alterplay relies on player reports rather than testing apps itself, and the June outage cut MyStake's mobile access across the UK and most of Europe.
Safety, Licensing and Player Reputation
The Santeda International BV licence comes from Curaçao and protects players far less than UKGC regulation. None of its seven casinos appears on the UK Gambling Commission public register, which any operator serving Great Britain must be on. You can check their licence numbers on the Curaçao Gaming Authority portal, where both the Santeda and GTW licences have been reported as "assessment in progress".
The sites use SSL encryption and ask for ID before paying out, but KYC checks happen at withdrawal rather than sign-up. No independent RNG certificate, deposit limit tool or cross-site exclusion could be verified.
| Site | Licence Body | Licence No. | Operator Entity | Responsible Gambling Tools | RNG Testing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Operator level | Curaçao Gaming Authority | OGL/2024/1798/1048 | Santeda International B.V. (reported dissolved) | No network-wide scheme published | No certificate found |
| MyStake | Curaçao Gaming Authority | OGL/2024/250/0115 | GTW B.V. (reported dissolved) | Not verified | No certificate found |

There is no UK dispute service and no route to the UKGC. Players can complain to the Curaçao regulator, but with the licence under assessment, it is unclear what it can do. The Curaçao courts have done more: a 2026 ruling ordered MyStake to pay a player's withheld winnings in full.
Self-exclusion is the biggest gap. None of the sites is part of GamStop, and investigators found referral sites aimed at people already signed up. If you want to stop gambling, register with GAMSTOP and add blocking software, because GamStop cannot block these sites.
The same complaints come up again and again: ID checks only when a big win is withdrawn, accounts closed after wins, and bonus winnings cancelled over maximum-bet rules. No Casinomeister accreditation or warning naming the operator was found. There is no UKGC enforcement because there is no UKGC licence. Elsewhere, ACMA has issued two formal warnings and blocked mystake.com, Sweden and Greece have blacklisted Santeda, and France, Italy and Poland have blacklisted Velobet.

MyStake's 4.2 Trustpilot score sits uneasily beside the documented harm and regulator actions. Goldenbet stands out most, with both an ACMA warning and the most detailed harm case. By contrast, Kindred Group runs sites inside national self-exclusion and complaint systems that the Santeda network stays out of.
What Santeda International BV Casinos Lack
The biggest gap is regulation. No Santeda International BV casino holds a UKGC licence, so none offers UK dispute resolution or GamStop coverage. The real owner has never been disclosed, and both licence-holding companies were reported dissolved.
The sites also have no published RNG certificates, no network-wide self-exclusion and no phone support. Most do not publish full bonus terms, and PayPal and Apple Pay do not appear in any verified payment list. A UKGC licensee such as Rank Interactive covers every one of these gaps, because each is a licence requirement.
Verdict on the Santeda International BV Network
On the public evidence, no player in Great Britain should use this network. All seven casinos owned by Santeda International BV operate without a UKGC licence, and regulators in six countries have acted against the operator or its sites. Judged on regulatory record, payout reliability and self-exclusion, every site fails the first and third tests, and none can be verified on the second. The only real strength is the product: big game libraries, a deep sportsbook and crypto-friendly banking.
The strongest comparable operator is LeoVegas Group, which runs a similar-sized group under UKGC and Malta licences. It wins where it matters most: a named, accountable licence holder inside national self-exclusion and complaint systems. To close this Santeda International BV casino review: the network's size shows reach, not trustworthiness. Its documented failures happen exactly where regulation protects players: large withdrawals, ID checks at cash-out and access for people trying to stop.
If you are in Great Britain, choose a casino on the UKGC public register and complete your KYC verification straight after registering. If self-exclusion matters to you, register with GamStop and add blocking software, because no Santeda site follows the national scheme.
