Kaiden brings five years of corporate-intelligence and public-records research to Alterplay's sister-site desk. Before joining the editorial team in 2024, he worked as a senior researcher at an Edinburgh-based corporate intelligence consultancy, where he led due-diligence investigations on UK and offshore corporate structures for clients in financial services, private equity and litigation. His specialism was tracing ultimate beneficial ownership through nominee directorships, jurisdictional layering, and parent-subsidiary chains documented across Companies House, the Cayman General Registry and BVI public filings.
He holds a Master's degree in Investigative Journalism from City, University of London and an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Edinburgh. The methodological habits sit behind everything he produces for Alterplay — start at the brand name, work outwards through the public record, document each step, never accept a marketing claim as a substitute for a Companies House filing.

When a casino brand moves between licence holders — usually because the previous operator has surrendered its licence or sold the brand — the migration is documented chronologically with the dates the change appeared on the UKGC register and Companies House.
