Sister Sites Network Profile · 01
Rolletto displays Santeda International B.V. as operator under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, a status now contested. This audit traces its verified sister sites through public records, regulator data and court reporting, not bonus headlines.
Rolletto and the five brands profiled below all trace to one Curaçao corporate cluster.
| Brand | Operator | Licence Status | Headline Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rolletto | Santeda International B.V. (reg. 151296) | CGA, contested | 150% up to £500 (first deposit) |
| MyStake | GTW B.V. (since early 2026) | CGA, expired Dec 2025 per register | 100% up to €1,000 (reported, undated) |

Licence status verified against the relevant regulator's public list at the date shown. Bonus terms change frequently — always verify the current offer directly on the operator's website before depositing.
Rolletto is profiled first as the reference point. The five brands that follow are genuine sister sites, not lookalikes: each footer or certificate ties back to Santeda International B.V. or its successor vehicle, GTW B.V.
Rolletto: The Reference Brand

Rolletto launched in 2020 and combines casino, live casino, sports, esports, mini games, virtual sports and racing in one account, accepting GBP, EUR, USD and cryptocurrency. Its footer names Santeda International B.V., company 151296, and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted 14 August 2024 and now contested on the register. The casino package runs across three deposits at 150% up to £500, 50% up to £2,000 and 25% up to £3,000. A separate crypto campaign offers 100% up to £1,000 plus 200 free spins at 40x deposit plus bonus, with a five-day expiry and a £5 maximum stake.
The minimum withdrawal is €20, processing is stated at three banking days, and the network's caps of €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month apply. Complaints must be raised within two months. Rolletto sits behind MyStake in the network, was on Greece's 2024–25 blacklist and went offline in the June 2026 outage.

MyStake: The Network's Flagship

MyStake is the network's flagship. Third-party records date its launch to 2019 or 2020; the group first traded under a sublicence from Curaçao master licensee Cyberluck, granted in 2019 according to NEXT.io's July 2026 court reporting. Research body GAMRS estimated that customers, mostly British, wagered £1.2bn with MyStake in 2025 out of £3.51bn across the wider network. In February 2026 NEXT.io reported that MyStake's footer had switched from Santeda to GTW B.V., whose B2C licence the Curaçao register showed as granted in June 2025 and expired that December. Donbet made the same switch. A reported offer of 150% up to €200 or 100% up to €1,000 carries 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus; Alterplay could not date it.
A Guardian investigation with deepfake specialists Reality Defender concluded that photos of the brand's presented CEO were AI-generated or manipulated, and in January 2026 the Curaçao Chronicle reported investigator warnings of a large data breach with no operator comment. Because MyStake now names a different legal entity, a self-exclusion at Rolletto should not be assumed to reach it. The MyStake sister sites audit maps the brand's own perimeter.

Velobet: Lowest Stated Withdrawal Floor

Velobet is the clearest operational contrast to Rolletto. Its footer, as recorded on 1 September 2026, named Santeda International B.V., company 151296, and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, though February 2026 reporting listed it under GTW B.V. Read the footer on the day you check. The published minimum withdrawal is €10, half Rolletto's €20, with processing stated at three banking days and withdrawal caps of €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
The casino offer advertises 330% plus 300 free spins across three deposits, with a separate 160% crypto campaign; full stake limits and cashout caps must be read before activation. Velobet went dark alongside Rolletto on 14 June 2026 when slot suppliers pulled content. Our Velobet sister sites profile covers its catalogue history. There is no self-exclusion propagation from Rolletto.

Goldenbet: Sports-Led Sister Brand

Goldenbet is the network's sports-first brand. Its footer names Santeda International B.V. and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048 with a 14 August 2024 issue date, and its navigation leads with sports, in-play and racing before casino. A cashback banner was visible in September 2026 without complete terms, so no offer is recorded here. The minimum withdrawal is €20, with the network's standard caps of €7,500 weekly and €15,000 monthly.
Goldenbet carries the most serious individual finding on the public record. The Guardian and Investigate Europe described a Goldenbet customer who deposited roughly £29,000 after registering with the UK's national self-exclusion scheme, which Santeda brands are not connected to. Australia's media regulator ACMA has also issued warnings naming Goldenbet, MyStake and Zizobet. These are network-level patterns, not isolated brand incidents.

Cosmobet: Balanced Casino and Sports Lobby

Cosmobet uses a space theme and the most evenly weighted navigation in the network, splitting attention between sports, live betting, esports, casino, mini games, virtual sport and racing. Its footer names Santeda International B.V., company 151296, and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. The terms publish a €20 minimum withdrawal, three-banking-day processing and the standard weekly and monthly caps, and they require deposits to be wagered in full before withdrawal. A football campaign offering 300 free spins was visible in September 2026 without enough public conditions to value it.
Cosmobet appears on Greece's 2024–25 blacklist of Santeda casinos alongside Rolletto, MyStake, Velobet and Donbet, and it was among the sites that went offline on 14 June 2026. Alterplay found fewer brand-specific incidents for Cosmobet than its siblings, but absence of reporting is not a clean record.

Zizobet: Largest Promotional Headlines

Zizobet runs the network's largest headlines: 550% up to €3,800 plus up to 900 free spins on the casino route, and 630% plus 1,000 free spins on a crypto route, both spread across multiple deposits. Its footer names Santeda International B.V. and the same licence, with an issue date of 14 August 2024. The minimum withdrawal is €10, processing is stated at three banking days, and the same weekly and monthly caps apply. Those caps mean a maximum headline balance could take months to withdraw.
Zizobet was listed among the sites disrupted in the June 2026 outage and is one of three Santeda brands named in ACMA warnings. Two further brands, Donbet and the cricket-focused, INR-denominated Megajeet, also trace to the cluster but are not profiled here.

The relevant regulator here is the Curaçao Gaming Authority, not the UKGC; no brand in this network appears on the UK register. Alterplay cross-referenced displayed licence numbers against published Curaçao register reporting, and confirmed that no UK Companies House entity exists. Footers and terms were audited for declared company names, using records dated 1 September 2026. Platform fingerprinting covered shared withdrawal caps, identical terms wording and simultaneous outages. Player data was aggregated from investigations, court reporting and review platforms, not generated. Footer entities in this network have changed repeatedly, so any single observation can go stale.
This is a large, many-brand estate. The Guardian and Investigate Europe connected at least eight casino brands to the network and reported around 2.3 million unique monthly UK visitors between November 2025 and January 2026. GAMRS estimated 2025 turnover at £3.51bn, with about 64% of revenue from UK consumers. June outage reporting named further domains, including Freshbet and Jack.com.
Licence track record is weak across the board. No brand holds a UKGC licence, Greece blacklisted the core brands in 2024–25, and Australia's ACMA has issued warnings. Bonus eligibility is set per brand, each requiring separate registration, and Alterplay found no published network-wide one-per-household rule. Loyalty status does not transfer between brands, and libraries overlap because the brands share terms, caps and suppliers. Rolletto is a secondary brand behind MyStake, with a stronger crypto-campaign focus.
The 2026 changes are substantial and none of them is a positive regulatory signal. Brands began migrating from Santeda International B.V. to GTW B.V. around January 2026. Monitori reported the Curaçao register showing both entities' licences valid only until 24 December 2025, now under "assessment in progress." NEXT.io reported in July 2026 that both entities were dissolved earlier in the year. On 14 June 2026 the network went dark for roughly 20 hours after B2B slot suppliers withdrew. With the legal entity changing at least once this year, each brand's footer needs checking on the day rather than assuming a stable licence chain. The same five-pillar method applies when mapping other Curaçao-linked estates such as the Jokabet sister sites network.
Santeda's guest-view terms do not publish a cashier list, deposit limits or fees. Cryptocurrency, bank transfer, cards and e-wallets are offered depending on country and currency, and payouts generally return to the deposit method after identity checks. The table records the withdrawal terms that are published.
| Site | Min Withdrawal | Weekly Cap | Monthly Cap | Stated Processing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolletto | €20 | €7,500 | €15,000 | Three banking days |
| Velobet | €10 | €7,500 | €15,000 | Three banking days |
| Goldenbet | €20 | €7,500 | €15,000 | Three banking days |
| Cosmobet | €20 | €7,500 | €15,000 | Three banking days |
| Zizobet | €10 | €7,500 | €15,000 | Three banking days |
MyStake's current terms were not captured in the same audit. No method can be named most reliable on verified evidence; affiliate claims of sub-hour crypto payouts are uncorroborated. What is documented is that the sportsbook and crypto payment rails kept running during the June outage while game libraries disappeared. The caps matter more than headline speeds: a large win can take months to withdraw. Comparable cap structures appear in our Amonbet sister sites research.
No brand publishes a stable provider list or game count. Rolletto's own materials named Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Evolution and claimed 7,000+ games before June 2026, but the supplier withdrawals make that unverifiable now. All six brands run a live dealer section.
Provider overlap is normally a strong fingerprinting signal, but here it raises a different concern. Anti-gambling-ads group CEGA alleged that games from UKGC-licensed suppliers appeared on the sites, while the Betting and Gaming Council told Bloomberg that some of those games did not appear to work and others may have been intellectual-property theft. Any branded title in these lobbies should not be assumed to be the genuine, certified version.
Rolletto's licence history runs through three stages. The group first operated under a 2019 sublicence from Curaçao master licensee Cyberluck. When Curaçao's National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK framework) abolished sublicensing at the end of 2024, Santeda International B.V. obtained direct licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted 14 August 2024. The register record is now contested: Monitori reported it as expired on 24 December 2025 with "assessment in progress," while a certificate on the Rolletto domain still read Active on 1 September 2026. Alterplay cannot reconcile the two, and readers should check the Curaçao Gaming Authority portal directly.
This is not UKGC-equivalent regulation. Rolletto holds no UK licence, no Santeda entity is registered at Companies House, and the only European entity on record is the payment agent, Santeda International Limited in Limassol, Cyprus. UK players therefore get none of a UKGC licence's protections: no segregated-funds disclosure, no UK ADR body and no RNG certificate Alterplay could find. The terms do allow KYC verification before withdrawal.
Responsible gambling tools are per-account. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion must be requested separately on each brand unless the operator confirms network-wide coverage in writing, and none of the brands is connected to the UK's multi-operator self-exclusion scheme. Anyone concerned about their gambling can get free, confidential support from GamCare.
All six brands are licensed through the Curaçao Gaming Authority, offer only per-account responsible gambling tools, and publish no RNG certificate that Alterplay could find.

Disputes start with the operator: Rolletto's terms require complaints within two months and treat the operator's server records as final. Escalation goes to the Curaçao Gaming Authority; Casino Guru and AskGamblers offer voluntary mediation but cannot compel payment. The one documented case of a player forcing payment ran through the Curaçao courts. Readers comparing dispute routes can apply the same checks used in our Magius sister sites audit.
The public record here is dominated by investigative and court material, and it is serious. NEXT.io reported that the group seized €246,500 in player winnings, lost a first-instance judgment on 31 March 2025 ordering repayment with interest, €4,500 in recovery costs and legal fees, and faced an appeal hearing on 28 July 2026. A source told NEXT.io the operator had attempted to settle more than 60 times.
GAMRS surveyed 96 UK respondents who reported losing about £241,152 on MyStake. The Guardian reported the Goldenbet deposits from a self-excluded customer and the disputed identity of MyStake's presented CEO. The Curaçao Chronicle published investigator warnings of a data breach affecting MyStake users, with no response from the operator or regulator at the time.
Review-platform data is thin and Alterplay will not invent it. Casino Guru Safety Index figures, black points and complaint counts could not be retrieved this cycle, no AskGamblers rating or consistent Reddit theme was verified, and no Casinomeister classification was located. The only Trustpilot listing found for Rolletto sits on a third-party domain with a single review, which is not a usable sample and is not confirmed as operator-run.
Read as a network, the pattern is consistent: the problems documented at MyStake and Goldenbet arise from shared ownership, shared terms and shared payment infrastructure, so they cannot be ring-fenced to one brand. Any ranking of these brands has to start from that shared record.
Rolletto's crypto campaign is the only offer with enough published terms for a worked example. A £100 deposit with a 100% match creates a £100 bonus and a £200 balance. Wagering is 40x deposit plus bonus, so the target is £8,000. At £1 per spin that is 8,000 spins; at the £5 maximum stake it is still 1,600 spins, all within the five-day expiry. No win cap appeared in the public terms Alterplay reviewed, so confirm one before opting in. The main casino package runs over three deposits: 150% up to £500, 50% up to £2,000 and 25% up to £3,000.
Alterplay found no published one-per-household rule spanning the network. Each brand requires separate registration, so holding an account on one sister does not by itself block a welcome offer on another, but each brand's terms on duplicate and linked accounts still apply. Alterplay found no verified no-deposit offer anywhere in the network; relabelled verification spins or sports free bets are not the same thing. Percentages should be compared on the turnover basis set out in our 30Bet sister sites guide.
Verifiable criteria separate these brands only slightly. No brand has a clean enforcement record, because none holds a UKGC licence and the shared entity carries the court and investigative history. Velobet and Zizobet state the lowest withdrawal floor at €10, unsupported by real-world data. No loyalty programme is portable. By product, Goldenbet is sports-led, Cosmobet is balanced and Rolletto is crypto-led. For independent guidance on gambling harms, GambleAware publishes warning signs and support routes.
Within the network, Velobet comes out ahead on public-record criteria, by a narrow margin. It publishes the clearest cashier terms, including a €10 withdrawal floor and stated three-day processing, while carrying no brand-specific incident beyond the network-wide outage and blacklist. That is a comparative judgement, not an endorsement: Velobet shares the same contested licence, the same dissolved or dissolving legal entity and the same court history as every other brand here.
For a comparable operator under a different licence holder, the useful test is a register entry that is current and uncontested, which no brand in this cluster can show today. Alterplay's Betti sister sites profile documents a separate Curaçao estate examined with the same method; verify its register entry yourself rather than relying on any ranking. For UK residents, the materially stronger protection is any operator holding an active UKGC licence, which no brand in this network can offer.
The network's strengths are product breadth and crypto banking. Its weaknesses outweigh them: licence churn under scrutiny, a seized-winnings court case, deposits from self-excluded players, a disputed CEO identity, a reported data breach and supplier withdrawals. Alterplay does not recommend that UK residents open accounts at any brand in this cluster.
