Its game types include sports and esports betting, and THESPIKE's review covers the sportsbook alongside the casino. That uncapped cashier is the clearest product difference from GGBet, which Casino Guru records as capping withdrawals at €5,000 a month for players whose withdrawals exceed 20 times their deposits. One Casino Guru review from mid-2026 reports a new V.Vegas account being flagged as a duplicate of a dormant Vulkan Vegas account and the deposit frozen. (Curaçao reg. 146886) at Korporaalweg 10, the same Willemstad address River Entertainment B.V. uses for GGBet, with Briantie Limited acting as Cyprus payment agent. NewCasino.ai reports the register lists licence OGL/2024/686/0183 to Wiraon B.V., issued 14 October 2025. Korporaalweg 10 is a corporate-services address shared by unrelated operators, so the match alone proves nothing. The link rests on MrWager grouping Verde with Vulkan Vegas, Ice Casino and Hit'n'Spin as structurally similar brands at that address, so Alterplay rates the connection as reported rather than confirmed. Third-party lists often stretch operator families this way; Alterplay's MyStake research, for example, excludes brands such as Betmac that appear in network lists but not in the operator's own footers.

NewCasino.ai's reading of the Curaçao register dated 10 September 2026 lists OGL/2024/818/0448 to TwiceDice (company registration 154842), issued 9 May 2026 with indefinite status, and records no other brand on that licence. Sources disagree on whether the entity suffix is N.V. or B.V., so Alterplay records the registration number as the stable identifier. MrWager groups the brand with the former Brivio cluster, while NewCasino.ai cautions that group complaints may not belong to this operator; the connection is reported, not confirmed.

That single-brand footprint mirrors GGBet's own position on River Entertainment's licence. MrWager lists the welcome offer as 150% up to €300 plus 150 spins on a €10 minimum, 40x bonus wagering, a €5 maximum bet and a 5x bonus cashout cap. NewCasino.ai cites a 9.8 Casino Guru score alongside poor player ratings dominated by withdrawal and KYC complaints. Alterplay could not verify a game count or published withdrawal times. Casino Guru's listing, as indexed in early 2026, assigns a Very low Safety Index of 2.9/10; secondary reviews attribute this to unfair terms, including confiscation of balances from inactive accounts, and a high volume of disputed complaints. Reviews from 2025–2026 put its Trustpilot score at 3.2 to 3.3 out of 5 and describe account blocks at withdrawal after a large win as the main pattern. Kaiden Laverty cross-referenced each licence number against Casino Guru's verified-licence flags and dated third-party readings of the Curaçao register, and read the UKGC public register directly for GGBet's former UK arm, whose Companies House number comes from its published terms. Footers and terms were matched to declared entities, then platform fingerprints compared: payment agents, Cyprus addresses, cashier clauses and provider lists. Player data was aggregated from Trustpilot, AskGamblers, Casino Guru and Casinomeister searches. No single source is decisive, and Alterplay does not generate player data or test with real money.

Network Structure and 2026 Changes

GGBet is a single-brand operation at licence level. River Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao reg. 158146) holds OGL/2024/688/0234, and its Cyprus subsidiary ASG 360 Services Limited (HE 441291) runs the site and acts as payment agent. No other brand appears under that licence in the sources reviewed.

The sister relationship is historical. GGBet, Vulkan Vegas and Ice Casino were all reported under Brivio Limited and the same Curaçao sublicence before the reform moved them to River Entertainment and Whitebox. Wiraon and TwiceDice brands are reported affiliates registered at the same Willemstad address. V.Vegas and Ice are therefore sister brands by lineage rather than by current licence. Ice Casino is a close second for loyalty-focused players, with the caveat that it shares V.Vegas's licence, so complaints at either brand are evidence about both.
