Sister Sites Network Profile
Rainbet is run by Rain Group Ltd, formerly RBGAMING N.V., under an Anjouan licence. The operator runs no other brands, so this guide focuses on what matters more: Rainbet's terms and its closest alternatives.
Rain Group Ltd holds Rainbet's licence, and it is a one-brand business. The Anjouan register, the site footer and the brand listings under both company names show rainbet.com and nothing else, and the main sister-site directories agree. That makes it unusual in crypto gambling, where many operators run networks of near-identical sites, like the one mapped in Alterplay's MyStake sister sites research.
The only change in 2026 is a name. At the end of August, Rainbet's terms named RBGAMING N.V.; by late September they named Rain Group Ltd, with the same Anjouan registration number. The company began in Curaçao before taking its current licence in June 2024, which is why some directories still print older licence numbers. Its owners and directors are not published.
Being a single brand has practical effects. There is no second welcome offer to claim elsewhere, since the terms allow one account per person and can close accounts that share an IP address. Loyalty ranks do not transfer anywhere. And a self-exclusion covers Rainbet only, so excluding from any alternative means doing it there separately.
Rainbet offers two welcome paths, and the choice matters more than the headline. The wager-locked path advertises 100% plus 20 spins on the first deposit, with smaller matches on the second and third, each capped at a $700 qualifying deposit with a $30 minimum. The promotion's own terms describe only the first-deposit bonus, so confirm the later tiers before counting on them. Figures of 250%, $2,100 and 60 spins seen on comparison sites do not appear on Rainbet's own pages.
Here is what the top of the first tier costs. Deposit $700 and receive a $700 match, and both amounts move into a locked promotional balance, so your own money is locked too. Wagering is 40x on the combined $1,400, which means $56,000 of bets. The maximum bet while the bonus runs is 2% of the deposit, $14, so clearing the lock takes at least 4,000 spins at the ceiling. Games above 97.4% RTP and all Hacksaw and Nolimit slots do not count.
Then comes the clause most players never see. Clause 9.2 caps withdrawals from a welcome promo code at $50 and forfeits anything above it. Its scope is ambiguous, as it may catch only codes typed in at the cashier, but read at face value, a player could clear $56,000 of wagering and keep $50. Ask support to confirm the cap on your offer in writing before opting in.
The second path is the better deal for most players. It releases up to 100% gradually as you play, with no rollover, and whatever it releases stays withdrawable. Rainbet offers no no-deposit bonus.
Rainbet's licence checks out. The Anjouan register shows it valid, held by Rain Group Ltd, covering rainbet.com and running to June 2027, with no revocation or suspension on record. What that buys a player is limited: Anjouan is a light-touch regulator, and it will not hear complaints from excluded countries such as the UK.
The licence sets three conditions, and Rainbet meets them unevenly.
Fair games: largely met. Twelve of its 14 in-house games can be checked by anyone with a public verifier, no account needed. Third-party slots rely on their studios' own certification, and Rainbet names no independent laboratory such as iTech Labs.
Player protection: partly met. Cool-off periods, self-exclusion and a loss limit that looks back over recent bets are all documented. Deposit limits, which the licence requires, are not.
Independent disputes: not met. The regulator approves four dispute services, and Rainbet's terms point to a company that is none of them. Players also get only three days after a bet settles to raise a dispute, while Rainbet gives itself 28 days to reply.
Identity checks add a fourth risk. Rainbet can demand photo ID, a selfie and proof of address at any time, with 72 hours to supply them, and its terms say a failed check means losing the balance. Verify early, before a balance builds up.
Because Rainbet has no sister brands, the useful comparison is with similar crypto casinos run by unrelated companies. Directory lists vary widely; SisterSites.bet, for example, suggests Wino Casino, covered in Alterplay's Wino Casino sister sites file, while this guide sticks to brands with Rainbet's crypto-first model. None of these six accepts players from Great Britain.
| Brand | Operator | Licence | Welcome Offer | Casino Guru Safety Index |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rainbet | Rain Group Ltd | Anjouan, valid to June 2027 | 100% + 20 spins, up to $700 | 6.5 |
| Stake | Medium Rare N.V. | Curaçao, active | No deposit match; early rakeback | 7.9 |
| Roobet | Raw Entertainment B.V. | Curaçao, indefinite | 100% up to $1,000 by email invitation, 30x | 7.9 |
| BC.Game | Twocent Technology Limited | Anjouan, active | Match that unlocks as you wager; size varies by region | 7.6 |
| Shuffle | Natural Nine B.V. | Curaçao, indefinite | 100% up to $1,000, 35x | 6.5 (early 2026) |
| Duel | Immortal Snail LLC | Anjouan, active | None; 50% rakeback instead | 5.9 (May 2026) |
Licence status verified against the relevant regulator's public list in September 2026. Bonus terms change frequently — always verify the current offer directly on the operator's website before depositing.
These five share Rainbet's formula of provably fair in-house games, rakeback and a sportsbook. Other guides reach for brands such as Betti instead, which Alterplay covers in its Betti sister sites file.
Stake — The Strongest Site Like Rainbet

Stake is the heavyweight of crypto gambling, with Forbes putting its 2024 gross revenue at $4.7 billion. It has run since 2017 and scores better than Rainbet on Casino Guru's safety index, 7.9 against 6.5. UK readers may know its old British site, which closed in March 2025 after Gambling Commission action against its white-label partner; stake.com itself does not accept UK players.
The products feel alike; the offers do not. Stake has no deposit match, only early access to rakeback at 3.5% of the house edge. In practice, $1,000 wagered on a slot with a 4% edge costs about $40 on average, and rakeback hands back $1.40 of it. That is small, but it comes with no strings, unlike Rainbet's match and its $50 withdrawal clause. Stake also lets players cap deposits, losses and wagers. Its record carries one scar: a $41 million theft from its hot wallets in 2023, which the FBI attributed to North Korea's Lazarus Group. Skip it if you want a welcome bonus, or terms that name an independent referee for disputes.

| Game Edge | 73 studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw and Nolimit City; no total count published |
| Payout Pattern | No stated withdrawal cap; deposits must be wagered once; player reports describe crypto payouts in minutes, with holds tied to verification |
| The Trade-Off | No deposit match, and terms name no dispute-resolution provider |
| Best For | Players who want strong limit tools and no bonus strings |
Roobet — Best for Licence Continuity

Roobet has run since 2019 and matches Stake's 7.9 safety score. It stayed in Curaçao through the 2024 reforms and now holds an indefinite licence, and its terms disclose the Cyprus company that handles fiat payments, a layer Rainbet leaves out. At around 7,000 titles, its library is close to Rainbet's in size.
The costs sit in the small print. The welcome match, 100% up to $1,000, goes only to players Roobet invites by email, with 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Deposit $100 and you must bet $6,000 before withdrawing; on a typical 96% slot that costs about $240 on average, more than the $200 you started with. Fiat deposits also lose 1% on the way in, so $500 arrives as $495. Skip it if you fund with cards or bank transfers; for crypto players who ignore the bonus, it is one of the cleaner options here. Its registered office shares a Curaçao corporate-services address with Shuffle's operator, which is common and not evidence of a link.

BC.Game — Closest Match on Licensing

BC.Game matches Rainbet most closely on regulation, as both hold Anjouan licences. It got there after a collapse. In November 2024 a Curaçao court declared its two operating companies bankrupt, in a case brought by players over withheld winnings. BC.Game appealed, but within weeks it surrendered its Curaçao licence, left the UK and re-emerged under a new company in Belize.
In practice, anyone who joined before December 2024 signed terms with a company that no longer holds the licence, so a claim from that period points at a bankrupt entity. Its scores also pull in opposite directions: Casino Guru rates it 7.6, above Rainbet, while Trustpilot sits near 1.5 out of 5, far below it. Skip it if you want the company you contract with to have a clean history.

| The Trade-Off | 2024 bankruptcy of former operating companies |
| Best For | Players wanting an Anjouan-licensed brand with a longer history |
Shuffle — Rainbet's Closest Peer

Shuffle is Rainbet's closest peer. Both launched in 2023, both lean on crypto and in-house games, and Casino Guru scored both 6.5 in 2026. Unusually for this market, Shuffle names its chief executive, Noah Dummett, and its licence names shuffle.com directly. Sigma's review compares Rainbet with Cosmobet, another 2023 launch, which Alterplay covers in its Cosmobet sister sites audit.
Its terms are friendlier than Rainbet's. Nothing forces you to wager a deposit before withdrawing it, and there is no cap on what you can take out. The weakness is trust. In October 2025 a breach at its customer-data supplier exposed most users' details, including passport and licence scans, and Trustpilot withholds its rating after removing fake reviews. Skip it if you are uneasy handing over ID, or if you rely on deposit limits, which it does not offer. Ignore any site posing as a UK version; the licence covers shuffle.com only.

| Payout Pattern | No withdrawal cap; under a minute when clean, multi-week holds reported when KYC review triggers |
| The Trade-Off | October 2025 supplier breach exposed users' identity documents |
| Best For | Crypto-first players comfortable with discretionary KYC |
Duel — Rakeback Instead of Bonuses

Duel is the newest brand here, launched in July 2025 by the founder of CSGOEmpire and licensed, like Rainbet, in Anjouan. It has no welcome bonus. Instead it hands back half the house edge on slots and live casino, which in effect turns a 4% edge into 2%, with no wagering attached. The UK is on its restricted list.
The catch is how little history there is to judge. Casino Guru's own page showed a below-average 5.9 in May 2026, while affiliate sites quote 7.6, and game-count estimates run from 1,600 to more than 5,000. Skip it if you want an operator with more than a year of track record.

Payout speed is where Rainbet's reviews are most positive, but the rules behind it vary more than the headline speeds suggest.
| Site | Deposit Wagered Before Withdrawal? | Withdrawal Cap | Fees | Stated Crypto Payout Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rainbet | Yes, once (twice with a bonus) | None stated; $15 minimum | None once wagered; network fee | 5–15 minutes |
| Stake | Yes, once | None stated | Network fee; terms allow a discretionary fee | No commitment; players report minutes |
| Roobet | Yes, once | No set maximum | 1% on fiat deposits | Sent on request |
| Shuffle | No | None stated | Network fee only | Under a minute when no review is triggered |
Payouts are fast once an account is verified, and slow or frozen when a check starts at the moment of withdrawal. That pattern runs through the complaints at Rainbet, Stake and Shuffle alike, so verifying early matters more than picking the fastest brand. Shuffle stands out for letting players withdraw a deposit without wagering it. BC.Game and Duel publish less on these rules, so they are left out rather than guessed.
| Site | Game Count | Live Dealer | Provably Fair Originals |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rainbet | 8,956 (counted August 2026) | 1,304 tables | 14 games |
| Stake | Not published; 73 studios | Yes | Yes |
| Roobet | About 7,000–7,600 | 924 tables | 14 games |

| Duel | 1,600–5,000+ (sources conflict) | Yes | Yes |
Rainbet's catalogue spans 62 suppliers, led by Pragmatic Play with 986 titles and Evolution with 859, and the same big studios recur at every brand here, so the lobbies feel familiar. The real differences lie in the in-house games, the sportsbooks and the terms. At least one comparison ranks DonBet as the Rainbet alternative for esports betting; Alterplay covers it in its DonBet sister sites file.
Three of the alternatives hold Curaçao licences, which can be checked on the Curaçao Gaming Authority portal; the other two share Rainbet's Anjouan regulator.
| Site | Licence Body | Licence No. | Operator Entity | Responsible Gambling Tools | RNG Testing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rainbet | Anjouan | ALSI-152406029-FI2 | Rain Group Ltd | Cool-off, self-exclusion, loss limit; no documented deposit limit | Provably fair Originals; no named lab |
| Stake | Curaçao Gaming Authority | OGL/2024/1451/0918 | Medium Rare N.V. | Deposit, loss and wager limits; self-exclusion (six-month minimum); Break in Play | Provably fair Originals; studio RNGs |
| Roobet | Curaçao Gaming Authority | OGL/2024/687/0427 | Raw Entertainment B.V. | Deposit, loss and wager limits; 24-hour time-out; self-exclusion up to permanent | Provably fair Originals; studio RNGs |
| BC.Game | Anjouan | ALSI-202410011-FI1 | Twocent Technology Limited | Loss limits and self-exclusion; Casino Guru has recorded complaints over loss limits not applying | Provably fair Originals; studio RNGs |
| Shuffle | Curaçao Gaming Authority | OGL/2024/1337/0628 | Natural Nine B.V. | Wager and loss limits; self-exclusion that lapses unless confirmed; no deposit limit | Provably fair Originals, iTech Labs-certified per operator |
| Duel | Anjouan | ALSI-202411026-FI1 | Immortal Snail LLC | Self-exclusion and seven-day cooling-off; no deposit limits reported | Provably fair Originals; studio RNGs |
Stake and Roobet offer the fullest limit tools; Rainbet, Shuffle and Duel all lack a deposit limit. For disputes, once Rainbet's own process is exhausted, players in permitted territories can turn to Casino Guru's or AskGamblers' complaint services. The Curaçao brands work differently: the regulator does not rule on individual complaints, but since 2025 it has required licensees to offer free access to a certified independent dispute service, with six months to file. Neither Stake's nor Shuffle's terms name one, so players must ask for it in writing.
Players are split, and the operator stays silent. On Trustpilot in August 2026, Rainbet scored 2.3 out of 5 from 586 reviews, most of them either one star or five, and none of its 224 negative reviews had a reply. Trustpilot had earlier flagged the profile for suspected fake reviews. The complaints repeat three stories: games cutting out mid-session, support refusing to escalate, and balances held back.
Casino Guru has flagged the 72-hour deadline for identity documents as unfair. Most of the 25 complaints logged against Rainbet were rejected, which typically happens when the casino acted within its terms or the player stopped responding; with terms this broad, acting within them is a low bar. One July 2026 case on AskGamblers shows the pattern at its worst: a player sent documents within 12 hours and still lost a 1,500 USDT balance to unexplained "suspicious activity".
| Source | Score | What Stands Out |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot (August 2026) | 2.3/5 from 586 reviews | Fast payouts praised; no replies to 224 negative reviews |
| Casino Guru (May 2026) | 6.5/10 | 25 complaints, most rejected; 72-hour KYC deadline flagged as unfair |
| AskGamblers | 5.1/10 | Complaints over account blocks and balances confiscated after KYC requests |
| Reddit (r/gambling, March 2026) | No score | Named alongside Stake for near-instant USDT withdrawals |
| Casinomeister | No listing | No rogue classification or formal warning |
The one consistent positive across sources is payout speed; the consistent negative is identity checks triggered at withdrawal, which Shuffle's players describe too. No regulator action against Rainbet's licence is on record. Before trusting any brand from a comparison list, including Betninja, which CompareSisterSites ranks among its top Rainbet alternatives, run the same checks; Alterplay's Betninja sister sites file does this for that brand.
Rainbet's strengths are real. Its licence checks out on the register, its game library is as large as advertised, and its in-house games are open to anyone's scrutiny. Its weaknesses come from its own rulebook: a $50 limit on bonus withdrawals, balances lost on a failed identity check, three days to raise a dispute, and nobody independent to hear it.
Among the alternatives, Stake makes the strongest case. It has the fullest set of player-protection tools here, no stated withdrawal cap, no bonus terms to trip over, and a 3.9 Trustpilot score with replies to nearly every negative review. Its record is not spotless, with a 2023 wallet theft and a forced UK exit in 2025. Roobet is a close second, with the same 7.9 safety score and an unbroken Curaçao licence, though its 1% fiat fee and email-only bonus count against it.
For UK readers, one fact outweighs the rest: Rainbet and every alternative here refuse British players, and Rainbet's regulator will not hear complaints from them. Where access is lawful, skip the wager-locked bonus and set a loss limit before the first bet.
Complete your KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid withdrawal delays, and remember that a Rainbet self-exclusion covers Rainbet alone.
Kaiden Laverty checked the Anjouan and Curaçao Gaming Authority registers for each licence, then read Rainbet's terms, promotion terms and complaints policy against the site footer. Rain Group Ltd has no UK Companies House record, so corporate data comes from Anjouan and Curaçao registrations and published terms. Platform signals compared were licence seals, registered addresses, provably fair implementations and cashier rules. Player data was aggregated from Trustpilot, Reddit, AskGamblers, Casino Guru and Casinomeister. No real-money testing took place, and every score is treated as one data point.
