Before it closed, Intouch was a mid-sized UK operator with an unusual model: every site ran games built by its own studio rather than the licensed third-party slots found almost everywhere else. By its own account it had more than 11 million members across its sites. It is now better known as the first licensee in Great Britain to go through a third licence review, a process that ended with a suspension and the surrender of its licence.

Licensed Alternatives for Former Intouch Players

Anyone arriving here looking for somewhere to play should know two things first. The Intouch catalogue is gone, because the games only ever ran on Intouch's own sites, so no operator offers the same titles. And no site using an old Intouch brand name holds a UK licence.

What former players can find is the same format. For players who used PocketWin for its mix of slots and bingo on a phone, MrQ is the closest match: a mobile-first site with slots and bingo, known for free spins with no wagering attached. Third-party reviews published in 2026 disagree about which company now holds MrQ's licence, with some naming Lindar Media and one naming Tek Fox Ltd, so check the current holder on the register before signing up.

For players who liked the small, simple bonuses at Bonus Boss or Jammy Monkey but were frustrated by the fine print, PlayOJO is the established no-wagering option. It is operated by Skill On Net Limited, and Gambling.com currently lists its welcome offer as 80 free spins on a £10 deposit, paid as cash. Offers change, so read the terms on the site.

Pay by phone bill, which several Intouch sites relied on, is less common at larger operators. Where it exists it is deposit-only, so check the cashier page for a withdrawal method before depositing.

Whichever site you choose, confirm its licence on the Gambling Commission register rather than trusting a footer.

Corporate History, Ownership and Timeline

In Touch Games Limited was incorporated on 6 January 2003. Trade coverage dates the business to 2001, when it made gaming machines for pubs and bookmakers. Simon Robert Wilson was a director from incorporation and Yu-Lin Wilson from October 2004, and each held between 25% and 50% of the shares.

The online business began with mFortune in 2007, a mobile casino built before most operators took phones seriously. PocketWin followed in 2010, Mr Spin in 2016 and Dr Slot in 2018. Cashmo and Casino 2020 came next, then Bonus Boss and Jammy Monkey last. Exact launch dates for those four are not on public record.

In June 2022 Skywind Holdings, a games supplier owned by Playtech founder Teddy Sagi, bought the company for about £50.8m. The Wilsons resigned the same day, and Charles Butler and Skywind chief executive Hilary Stewart-Jones joined the board. Skywind later claimed that what it bought had a "nil or nominal" value. With In Touch Games as co-claimant, it is suing the Wilsons in the Commercial Court, alleging that a failed pre-sale compliance audit was concealed. The Wilsons deny wrongdoing, and Yu-Lin Wilson has argued that the licence did not need to be surrendered.

No new Intouch casinos have launched in 2026, and no brand names remain on any live licence. The company exists on paper, and its main activity is the litigation.

The Nine Intouch Sites and What Happened to Them

Slot Factory slotfactory.com Not recorded Site named after the in-house studio Sep 2023 None

Sources give different site counts, and each is right on its own terms. Older reviews list six casinos because they were written before Bonus Boss and Jammy Monkey launched. The company and the 2022 acquisition coverage say eight because they count casino brands only. This audit counts nine because the Commission's suspension notice also lists Slot Factory as a site the company operated. The same notice lists ten domains because mFortune had two. The January 2023 fine notice refers to eleven websites without naming them all. Trade coverage of that fine names slotfactory.co.uk while the suspension notice names slotfactory.com, which may account for the gap, but the eleventh domain is not confirmed.

Every site operated under In Touch Games Limited's UKGC licence, as recorded on the Gambling Commission's public register, until the licence was surrendered in September 2023. Bonus terms, game counts and withdrawal times were not preserved for most sites, so the profiles below give only what the record supports.

mFortune — The Flagship, 2007–2024

mFortune Homepage

mFortune was the first Intouch casino and remained its best-known brand. The register listed two domains for it, a mobile site and a desktop version at casino.mfortune.co.uk. Its footer named In Touch Games Ltd with registration number 4629082, which is the Companies House number without its leading zero. Pay by phone bill deposits were central to its pitch.

mFortune also has the longest afterlife. Viral Interactive Limited, a Malta-registered company, relaunched it under a separate UKGC account in late 2023 and closed it again in November 2024. In practice that meant a player's account, terms and complaint route moved to a different company, with a different self-exclusion list, even though the brand looked unchanged.

Mr Spin — Mobile Slots, Closed 2023

Mr Spin Homepage

Mr Spin launched in 2016 as a straightforward mobile slots site running the studio's titles. Its footer declared direct ownership by In Touch Games. It was not part of the Viral relaunch, and the suspension notice lists mrspin.co.uk among the sites that closed. Alterplay's Mr Spin sister sites page covers the brand in more depth.

Dr Slot — The Site With Its Own Games

Dr Slot Homepage

Dr Slot launched in 2018. A review on OnlineCasinos.org.uk records more than 30 slots, some of them unavailable at any other Intouch site, and a single progressive jackpot running through its games. That makes it the one site where the content itself differed. It closed with the licence and was never relaunched.

Cashmo — Built for the Browser

Cashmo Homepage

A company case study published on Akamai's website describes Cashmo as the first Intouch casino built to run in a web browser rather than as an app. Several low-quality pages online attribute Cashmo to Jumpman Gaming. No primary record supports that: both the 2023 fine notice and the suspension notice list cashmo.co.uk under In Touch Games Limited.

Bonus Boss — Small Deposits by Phone Bill

Bonus Boss Homepage

Bonus Boss and Jammy Monkey were the last two brands added. Both were built for mobile players making small deposits: pay by phone bill, plus free spins with no deposit required. Bonus Boss was the first site named in the Commission's January 2023 fine notice. It closed in September 2023 and was not relaunched.

How the Intouch Sites Differed

Because every site drew on one catalogue, the differences between them were mostly in format and bonus hooks rather than games. PocketWin had bingo. Dr Slot held back exclusive titles. Cashmo was built for the browser. Bonus Boss sister sites such as Jammy Monkey targeted small, phone-billed deposits. mFortune was the flagship.

The clearest sign that these were one operation is a bonus rule that applied across brands. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses were capped at £50 across all Intouch accounts combined, not per site. Enforcing that requires a shared player database, so claiming free spins at a second brand did not raise the ceiling.

No public record shows a shared loyalty scheme. The regulatory record was identical for every site because all of them sat on one licence.

Platform, Games and Payments

Intouch designed its games in Halesowen, Bucharest and Taipei, and said it had more than 500 across its sites. It said they ran as native iOS and Android apps and in HTML on desktop, covering 99.9% of devices. That mobile engineering was the network's real strength. Skill On Net Limited is a current example of an operator that also runs its casinos on technology it built itself.

The weakness was range. By 2022, rival UK sites listed thousands of games from dozens of studios, while Intouch offered no third-party slots and no documented live dealer tables. Skywind announced plans to add its own games to the eight casinos after the acquisition. There is no confirmation this happened before the suspension.

On payments, the record ties pay by phone bill to mFortune, Bonus Boss and Jammy Monkey, and players reported a £3 minimum deposit across the network. Phone billing is deposit-only. No stated or player-reported withdrawal times survive for any site.

Enforcement Record and Player Reputation

The UKGC public register and the Commission's published notices show a pattern of the same failures being found repeatedly.

The 2019 settlement covered failures in anti-money laundering (AML) checks and social responsibility. The company paid £2.2m to a charity working on gambling harm in place of a penalty, plus £14,565 in costs.

The 2021 action found three main problems. The company's responsible-gambling guidance allowed staff to offer a bonus in return for identity documents. Its staff did not act on concerns about seven customers whose behaviour suggested problem gambling. And a promotional text message omitted the time limit on a bonus, breaching the requirement for fair and transparent terms.

The 2023 action found further failures. One customer was not contacted for seven weeks after being flagged for erratic and extended play. Another customer's claim to earn £6,000 a month was accepted without checks. And the company did not request source-of-funds information after customers lost £10,000 in a year. The Commission noted improvements but said there was still more to do.

The September 2023 suspension cited suspected failures on money laundering, fair and transparent terms, and reporting key events to the regulator. In total the company paid £11.7m before it lost the licence.

On Companies House, the company is still listed as active, but its latest full accounts cover the period to 29 December 2022. It has faced three strike-off notices since 2024, and each was halted before completion.

Player feedback is sparse. The Trustpilot profile for intouchgames.co.uk carried 29 reviews in the most recent snapshot Alterplay could retrieve, which predates the closure. Those reviews describe declining quality, outcomes players considered unfair, and one dispute left unresolved for eight months. One reviewer urged players to avoid all eight brands and named Sky Vegas and Virgin Games as alternatives. Alterplay found no Casinomeister finding and no current AskGamblers ratings. A third-party review reports that Casino Guru flagged PocketWin as operating without a valid licence.

Former Players: Balances, Accounts and Self-Exclusion

During the 2023 suspension, the Commission required In Touch Games to keep account access and withdrawals open. If a balance was never paid, write to the company's registered office at Labs House, 15–19 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2TH. Check its Companies House filings for any insolvency appointment; none appears as of September 2026. Balances from the Viral-era relaunch are a matter for Viral Interactive Limited in Malta, not In Touch Games.

Treat any live page using an old Intouch brand name with suspicion. PocketWin's domain no longer resolves, and neither former operator holds a UK licence. Do not enter old login details on a site claiming to be one of these brands.

Self-exclusion needs attention too. Any exclusion you set with In Touch Games applied only to that operator, and it ended when the licence did. The relaunched sites kept their own separate list. If you rely on self-exclusion, register with GAMSTOP, which covers every UKGC-licensed online operator, before opening an account anywhere else.

Verdict

Intouch Games did two things well: mobile casino engineering early, and a catalogue no rival could copy. Neither made up for its compliance record. The regulator found similar AML and customer-protection failures in 2019, 2021 and 2022, with larger penalties each time, and suspended the licence within months of the third fine. A change of ownership in 2022 did not change the outcome. A partial relaunch under another company lasted about a year.

On the public record, this was not a trustworthy network in its final years, and there is nothing left to join. The useful comparisons now are operators with live licences and simpler bonus terms. Lindar Media, the company behind MrQ, shows the same mobile-first approach with a broader game library. As with any operator, check its current licence on the register before depositing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many casinos does Intouch Games run today?+None. In Touch Games Limited surrendered its UKGC licence in September 2023, closing all nine of its sites. Three of them were relaunched by another operator, Viral Interactive, and closed again in November 2024.
What is Intouch Games' UKGC enforcement record?+The company paid a £2.2m settlement in 2019, a £3.4m fine with an official warning in 2021, and a £6.1m fine in January 2023. Its licences were suspended on 1 September 2023, and it surrendered them days later.
Where can former Intouch players play now?+No site offers the old Intouch games. MrQ is the closest match for mobile slots and bingo, and PlayOJO for simple bonuses without wagering requirements. Check any site's licence on the Gambling Commission register before joining.
Does an old Intouch self-exclusion still apply?+No. An exclusion set with In Touch Games ended when its licence was surrendered. Register with GamStop, which covers every UKGC-licensed online operator.
Can I still withdraw money from an Intouch casino?+The sites are closed. Write to the company's registered office in London about any unpaid balance, and check Companies House for an insolvency appointment. None had been made as of September 2026.
